PROOFING
You will be emailed a proof before going to print. This is where you will be able to see your customisations take shape and ask us to make any edits if needed. Your first proof will be sent by email within 2 working days.
Your proof will follow the same format as the example shown (including letter-case) unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
Important: The customer is entirely responsible for checking the proof. Any mistakes or errors not noticed during the proof process will be subject to an adjustment and reprint charge.
PRINT TIMES
General stationery is printed in 7 days and wedding stationery within 14 days, from proof approval. Allow 1-3 days for delivery of your order, once dispatched.
We endeavour to send all orders to print the same day if approved before our cut-off time of 1300 (GMT) Monday - Friday. Proof approval received after 1300 (GMT) will be dealt with the following working day.
The customer should set their own deadlines and order in good time of the date they required. The customer will bear the cost for any reprints required, regardless of fault, should dates printed mean the stationery no longer useable. Unforeseen circumstances should be accounted for in the customers’ timeline.
DESIGN
All our goods are designed in-house, meaning we can change colours, fonts and layouts if required. Other sizes and formats are available. There may be an extra charge for additional amendments requested. Please contact us for a quote.
