Shipping

How is my order shipped?

Packages are sent via First Class Royal Mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a slip will be left to reschedule or collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

How long will it take to get my order?

Customised orders will take 5-7 working days to print and dispatch. Non-customised orders are sent within 3-5 working days. Once you receive your dispatch notice by email, allow 1-3 working days to receive your order once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply for all orders outside of the UK. Email hello@moaglea.com for a shipping quote.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please let us know before your order is printed and shipped if you need to change your delivery address.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is complimentary on all domestic MOAGLEA orders. Email hello@moaglea.com for an international shipping quote.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! All domestic orders are shipped free of charge with no minimum spend. Please get in touch for a shipping quote.

Ordering

I haven't received my order?

If your order did not arrive when expected, email hello@moaglea.com.

Will I get a proof?

Yes! Our designer will lay your artwork out and you will be emailed a proof for your review and approval before going to print. We will keep working with you until you are entirely satisfied with the final artwork.

Can I order more?

Please let us know before approving your proof if you’d like to increase your quantity. A new order will need to be placed once your order has been approved for print.

All stationery is sold in increments of 10.

Can I reduce the quantity of my order?

Please take the time to consider your quantities before placing your order. We’re unable to offer a refund on any quantity decrease once an order is placed.

Can I switch design once ordered?

We allow 1 design change during the proofing process. Additional design switches beyond this will incur a re-design fee.

Will the sample be the same as the printed stationery?

As a growing design studio we are constantly looking at ways to improve our offering and from time to time we may update designs, supplies and materials. We therefore cannot guarantee that the sample you have received will be exactly the same as the final item printed. The products will never be of a lesser quality or too far removed from the original sample or colours received.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before your proof is sent. After this time, orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded. For items that haven't been customised, see Returns Policy for full details.

I'd like to see the design with my colours and wording before I order?

We can put one digital sample together for a one-off charge of £10. The charge will be deducted from your total if you proceed with the same design.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

You should receive your order confirmation as soon as your order has been processed online. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour, please follow the below steps:

• Check your account to ensure the order was processed
• Check your spam folder for an email from hello@moaglea.com

If you still have no luck, email us at hello@moaglea.com and we will ensure your confirmation is resent ASAP

I live overseas, will I be taxed on my order?

Depending on your location, your local customs office may charge you local duties or taxes.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes of other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund, providing the items haven't been customised.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery MOAGLEA is charged for return of the parcel, the return shipping amount will be deducted from the customers refund.

Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur fee’s prior to completing your purchase.

I have received an incorrect or faulty item. What do I do?

How is my order packaged?

Your order is packaged in an FSC certified envelope or box and sealed with recycled paper tape which ensures the box and envelope is completely recyclable after you remove any labels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most stationery items require a minimum order quantity of 20, thereon sold in multiples of 10. Some wedding stationery items are sold singularly or in smaller pack sizes.

How about double sided?

We can print double sided. There may be a small additional charge, depending on your requirements.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any non-customised orders, unless faulty. See Returns Policy for full details.

Product

We love two designs, can we combine them?

All our designs are created in-house so we have complete control over the design, making them fully flexible and interchangeable. We'd be happy to switch or borrow elements from our other designs if you would like to. 

Are the colours changeable?

Yes! All our collections are designed in-house and can be changed to any colour of your choice. Drop us a note on the cart page to let us know your preferred colours.

Do you provide printable (print-at-home) files?

In order to preserve the integrity of our stationery, we do not offer printable files

What photo file shall I upload?

In short, a JPG at 300dpi. See Optimising Your Photograph's for full details.

Can you print in other languages?

Yes! Send your sample wording to us by email hello@moaglea.com so that we can check that the fonts used in your favoured design will be able to support any special characters.

What is on the back of the cards?

A small logo is printed on the back of each stationery item with the exception of wedding stationery which is blank

Will the colour of my stationery look like it does on my computer screen?

Due to variations in monitor settings, colours can differ to their appearance in print. Please ask us for a printed colour chart if you would like to get a feel for the colours in real life before placing an order.

Generally, we find that the printed copy will produce a darker finish than that viewed on a screen.

Can I see a hard copy before going to print?

Due to the custom made nature of our products, we do not issue hard proofs. We recommend printing your digital proof at home to check the sizing and layout before approving for print.

Can the font be changed?

We have chosen fonts that we feel work best within the design however, if there is a font you love from another design, we’d happily change it. Bear in mind that customers usually prefer and go back to the original font!

Can I have coloured envelopes?

Unfortunately we do not stock coloured envelopes at this time

Will you put the stationery together?

Invitations will be sent un-stuffed, ready to be addressed and inserted into the envelopes provided. Paper wraps will require a small amount of adhesive (not included) to assemble.

Do you offer a custom design service?

Yes we do! If you would like something completely unique, see Bespoke or email us hello@moaglea.com outlining your requirements and quantities.

Bespoke orders are always subject to our availability and schedule.

Wedding

Can I order a sample?

You can order wedding invitation samples here.

Our sample service intends to give you a sense of paper weight, colour, format and print quality. A printed colour chart is included with each sample order. 

What are wedding insert cards for?

Insert cards can be used to detail additional information that isn't suitable for the invite itself, such as specific timings for the day, location information, transport details or accommodation recommendations. Mini inserts are perfect for us as gift registry or wedding website cards.

How can I address guests on the wedding invitation?

Most couples like to address their guests on the envelope. If you would like to personally address your guests on each individual invitation, we can print guest names for a small charge. Alternatively, you may consider adding a printed dotted line or leaving a blank space to hand write your guests names. 

Can I split wedding invites between day and evening sets?

Each stationery item requiring a different wording will need to be added to your shopping cart separately, with a minimum order of 20 per wording/language set, sold in increments of 10.

How should I supply my guests names and addresses for printing?

An excel spreadsheet would be great! Your names and addresses will be printed exactly as supplied so ensure you spell and capitalise your names and addresses, where required. We are unable to support special characters or accents within this feature.

Can you help with wording?

I'd like to see the design with my colours and wording before I order?

If you would like to see how your invitation will look like before committing to an order, we can put one electronic copy together for you for a charge of £10. The charge will be deducted from your total if you proceed with the same design. If you would like to order a personalised sample, get in touch.

Can I change the colours?

Absolutely! All colours are completely changeable to suit your theme. You can choose from our Colour Chart or supply the RGB code and we will match it free of charge.
