How It Works
Once your order is placed online, you receive a digital proof by email for your review and approval before going to print. This where you will be able to see your customisations take shape and ask us to make any changes if needed.
Your first proof will be sent by email within 2 working days. Remember to check your junk folder if our email doesn’t arrive in your inbox.
The customer is entirely responsible for checking the proof. Any mistakes or errors not noticed during the proof process may be subject to an adjustment and reprint charge.
We aim to print and dispatch non personalised orders within 3 to 5 working days.
Personalised orders will print and dispatch within 5 to 7 working days from proof approval. Approval received after 1pm (1300 GMT) will be carried forward to the following working day.
We recommend ordering in good time. Unforeseen delays should be accounted for in the timeline.
You will receive an email once your order has been packed and posted. Please allow 1 to 3 days for delivery once dispatched. See Printing & Shipping for full details.
Customising Your Stationery
Artwork and wording will be laid out in the same format as that shown on the products page, including letter-case. If you'd like a different colour, letter-case, text alignment or to combine designs, just add a note on the cart page with your requirements and you can leave the rest to us.
As our goods are designed in-house, meaning we have complete control and flexibility. We will happily adapt the design and colours to suit your theme. Minimal changes are usually at no extra cost. If you would like something completely unique, see Bespoke for more details.
