You will be emailed a proof before going to print — this where you will be able to see your customisations take shape and ask us to make any edits if needed.

Your first proof will be sent by email within 2 working days. Remember to check your junk folder if our email doesn’t arrive in your inbox.

Your proof will follow the same format as the example shown (including letter-case) unless you have requested otherwise. Just add a note if you’d like something a little bit different from the example shown, such as colour changes, letter-case, text alignment, etc.

The customer is entirely responsible for checking the proof. Any mistakes or errors not noticed during the proof process may be subject to an adjustment and reprint charge.


Print Times


Please order in good time of the date the stationery is required. Unforeseen delays should be accounted for in the timeline.

*From proof approval — approval received after 1300 (GMT) will be dealt with the following working day.

All our goods are designed in-house, meaning we can adapt the design and colours to suit your theme. Minimal changes are usually at no extra cost.

Other card sizes and formats are available (there may be an extra charge). Please contact us before placing your order to ask bespoke design or size changes.
