Proofing

① We will lay your wording out, and send you a digital proof within 12 to 24 hours for your review and approval before going to print. This is your opportunity to see your customisations take shape, and ask us to re-jig the wording, or layout. We will keep working with you until you are entirely happy with the final design.

② Your artwork will be created in line with the example shown on each products page, unless explicitly requested otherwise in the 'Design Notes'.

③ Don't forget to check your junk folder if our initial email doesn't arrive within 24 hours.

④ We aim to respond within 12-24 hours for each round of proof changes.

⑤ The customer is responsible for the use of RSVP deadlines, and ensuring they are workable within our standard turnaround time. Account for proofing in your timeline.
