We’re sure that you will love everything that you order from us but if you change your mind, you have 14 days to send non-personalised items back to us. You should return items unused, and sealed in their original packaging with any tags or labels intact. Failure to do so will result in us being able to refund the item(s).
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from MOĀGLEA, for a full refund.
Unpersonalised items: Order cancellations must be made by email quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the ‘Return or exchange an item’ section below.
Personalised items: You may cancel your order before your proof is sent. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled should you change your mind and are excluded from this policy. Please read the ‘Faulty item’ section below.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us with the order details and return the item or items to us in the original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different design / colour if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order before shipped or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
If the item you received is faulty, contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Should your items not arrive in accordance with the final proof approved by you, contact us to let us know and we will advise how to proceed with replacements. Any notifications made after 7 working days of receiving the order will not be accepted. Do not return any items to us without notifying us first.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: We are unable to accept returns whereby the items have been removed from their packaging and are no longer in a new and re-saleable condition.
