Personalised products are made to order, and go into production after ordering and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned should you change your mind.
For unpersonalised items, the goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be in a re-saleable, unused and sealed condition.
The cost of returning the item is at the expense of the customer. We urge the customer to use a trackable mailing service, as the goods remain the customers responsibility until received by us.
The original delivery fees will are not refundable.
Should the product not arrive in accordance with the final proof approved by you, simply email email@example.com, including your order number, name, address, and details of the error, and we will proceed with a replacement.
Notifications made after 7 working days are exempt from our Print Guarantee and will not be accepted.
If the item you receive is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact us quoting your order number, your name and address and details of the fault or damage. Please also include photos of the fault/damage and packaging. We will advise how to proceed with the return. You have 10 days from receipt of the faulty product to return it to us for a replacement.
