Delivery rates are simple — FREE on all orders over £50.00 otherwise £4.00.

Unfortunately we no longer ship outside of the UK, it’s just too damn complicated #brexit

Shipping Times

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Allow 1-3 days (excl. Sunday) for delivery after receiving shipping confirmation.

The shipping time is on top of the ‘print time’ where products are personalised. Unpersonalised ‘Off The Peg’ products are dispatched in 3-5 working days.

Returns

Personalised Goods

Due to the nature of these goods, we are unable to refund, cancel or exchange your order should you change your mind.

Off The Peg

These goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be in a re-saleable, unused and sealed condition.

The cost of returning the item is at the expense of the customer. We urge the customer to use a trackable mailing service, as the goods remain the customers responsibility until received by us. The original delivery fees will are not refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If the item you receive is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact us quoting your order number, your name and address and details of the fault or damage. We will advise how to proceed with the return.

Please also include photos of the fault/damage and packaging.
