Shopping Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from our online collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions —
1. Your Order
a) When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to availability.
b) Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
c) In order to contract with Moaglea you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
d) Moaglea retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
e) When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
f) Products have a logo on the back of each item. Wedding stationery is left blank on the reverse, unless the design is double sided, and does not have a logo or text on the back.
a) We ship physical orders via Royal Mail. The cost of shipping is included in your order. Once the package has been shipped, we will send you confirmation of dispatch by email.
b) Our risk for lost or damaged goods passes to you at the time that they are passed to the delivery company. Beyond any tracking information that is supplied to us, we have do not have access to additional information, nor do we have any control over its handling or time it takes for delivery.
c) International shipping is available. Please contact us to arrange your order if you are based outside of the United Kingdom. International shipping is usually billed separately upon weighing the final package, and we are not responsible for customs or duties fees.
d) All shipping times advertised are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Colours that appear on your screen will differ slightly when printed, since every computer screen is calibrated differently. Our printer(s) do an excellent job at colour matching, however there may be slight differences between the digital proof and the printed pieces. We highly recommend purchasing a sample kit of colours.
All orders are sent unassembled and flat to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. Some items require self-assembly; tools, materials and adhesives are not included.
5. Change of existing order
We allow one design change per order, before the proof approval is created. Additional design changes requested thereafter are charged at £25 each.
We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your proof and products as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend it.
You assume responsibility for providing correct times, dates, and spelling of all words, including names and places, in addition to the design elements. Before we send your design to print, we send a proof for you to for review. We can not be held liable for incorrect information included on the proof(s), whether or not you provide accurate information, which is why it is your responsibility to proofread the final proof and inform us of any changes that must be made. Once approved, no changes can be made and we will not be held responsible for any errors found after approval, nor will we be required to make any changes. We agree to print exactly what is included on the final proof, as approved by you.
If we print what was not approved (such as wording), we will reprint the pieces, with no cost to you. If we print what was approved, and you discover a mistake with the wording and/or design, reprinting costs will be your responsibility.
The design and production process can take 1-6 weeks from start to finish. A delay in approving the proofs will result in a delay of your order by number of days late, or more.
8. Material Availability
We cannot guarantee that identical embellishments displayed in photographs of past work will still be available from the same suppliers at the time of ordering. We will make a good faith effort to match the embellishment shown or requested. You authorise us to make a complementary substitution based on our professional opinion if necessary.
We will treat and hold all confidential information of or relating to your project in strict confidence and will not use any confidential information except in connection with fulfilling your project. This includes, but is not limited to, intellectual property, address lists, customer lists and information.
10. Printed Names and Addresses
You agree to our specifications when preparing your address list. Your addresses will be written or printed exactly as they appear on the your address list. You are not entitled to us making aesthetic, etiquette, formatting, or spelling corrections. Therefore, it is your responsibility to proofread all provided addresses.
11. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
12. Product variation
Nearly all of our products are personalised and are printed each time an order is placed. Due to the nature, measurements and final printed colours may vary. We are proud of the high quality products we produce and always strive for perfection, however, every now and again, we might just make a mistake. Please do not hesitate in contacting us if you’re not happy with your purchase. See our Returns Policy for more details.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Proofs will not sent until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
14. Discount Codes
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all Moaglea promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
a) Only one promotion code can be used per order
b) Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £1000 applies per order
c) A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed
d) Additional terms and conditions apply where stated
