Unless otherwise arranged, your order will take one to two weeks to be processed and ready to post. You can choose the speed of shipping when at checkout. The processing time begins once your proof is approved.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email through your order number and the item/s you wish to return and why. Postage is at the expense of the customer. Unfortunately there are no returns on personalised or sale items. See full Returns Policy.
